Business Hours
Business hours for our clients are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. and a 24 hour courtesy notice is requested from clients for all errand requests.

Fees
Our services are customized; therefore costs for our services may vary and will require a consultation. Erotic City Global offers monthly fees for certain services, which also requires a consultation to determine which service suits our client’s best. Client will incur an additional charge which will be quoted on an individual basis for all errands involving merchandise that cannot be carried easily, or in which Erotic City Global LLC must supply special modes of transport. Cost of merchandise purchased as required, and/or any fees incurred by Erotic City Global LLC to complete specific tasks are the responsibility of the client. All returned checks will be assessed a fee of $35.

Payment
Client may use the following methods to make payments: Company checks, Money orders, PayPal and Cash.
Erotic City Global LLC refuses to perform any work on Client’s behalf that is deemed illegal or puts its agents in danger.

Cancellation
Client may cancel services with a notice of at least 24 hours before requested services are to be rendered. If an independent subcontractor requires earlier notice than such rules shall take precedence and must apply.
Client may cancel services via email or telephone.

Confidentiality
Erotic City Global LLC will not sell or exchange our client information to anyone at any time.
Erotic City Global LLC will never give information about our clients without their consent to anyone.
Erotic City Global provides its vendors with only the information required for agents to complete a specific task.
All Service Providers contracted by Erotic City Global LLC are required to be licensed and insured in the State of Michigan.

Limitation of Liability
Erotic City Global will not be held liable for any damages that the third party (catering, valet or other client merchandise) that is serviced by a separate vendor.
Erotic City Global will deliver all items to intended recipient and will never drop items off unless arrangements are made with Erotic City Global LLC to do so.
Erotic City Global LLC may require new clients pay for services before services are rendered.
